Holy "LOST" Crack Batman!

OK - I'm only going to say this once, but if you haven't watched last nights epsiode of LOST and you don't want to know anything - turn away, hide your eyes, best if you just close the browser window... do it now, or be spoiled... I've warned you...now it's your own fault.

*************SPOILER ALERT***********************************
I can't believe they finally did it - shot another main character, not only shot, but killed them. (If you're still reading and you don't want it spoiled, now you really are a glutton for punishment). And the fact that the character was Anna Lucia - holy crap. I just can't deal with the irony... the actress Michelle Rodrigez MUST have known it was coming. Why else would she voluntarily go to jail for 5 days for her drunk driving? And they shot Libby. Libby! We were just getting to know Libby. I guess some of the connections aren't that important - like why she was in the crazy institute and that Hurley may have known her... who cares? It's just sad for the poor guy. Nice that we didn't get to connected to Libby. It would have made last nights episode that much more wrenching (that is if you cared for the Queen Be-Atch named Anna Lucia). I know there are some folks you didn't....

I'm telling ya (maybe I don't need to) but the producers know what they are doing. I know it drives my friend Lori nuts - but when you have a slow week on the show it just makes these particular episodes that much MORE compelling (I'm sure Lori would disagree ;-). All action, all the time!).

So Michael is crazy, brainwashed or controlling the whole freakin' master plan. Either way - he's going to get Walt back and kill everyone trying.

OK done now... can't wait for next week... I can see lots of angry men... and it isn't pretty. (We do stupid things when we get angry).

Later!

Hoops and YoYo - a brilliant marketing ploy

Have you been introduced to Hoops and YoYo? A pink cat and a green rabbit.

Go, now, Hoops and YoYo are waiting... and so is a really big laugh (from you).

Be prepared. For laughing. For singing. For bad puns.

Brought to you by the great folks at Hallmark.

Have fun. Let me know what you think!

Cute Overload - Is it possible?

Maybe it is for some people, but I find that without my fuzz therapy (kitty died over a year ago and I haven't had the heart to get another... yet) I need to at least visualize some fuzz cuteness. If that's even a 'thing' or a 'word' - probably not, but these days I'm so fried from work juggling, I'm lucky I make any sense at all (even to those that speak my language, Silvese). :-)

Anyway - BACK TO THE TOPIC - and that would be CUTE OVERLOAD. So you have to check out their site: http://www.cuteoverload.com/. Every day this gal updates the site, archiving and adding, new images that people send her of cute animals. All kinds. In all situations. Domestic. Wild. And in between (really what is a Hedge Hog??!) It's becoming a morning ritual to start my day with a smile - or a laugh.

It's probably just me, but I find that it's kind of like having a virtual pet - I get the "awwwwwwww" factor out of it without having to pick up poo or clean a litter box. Although I wouldn't mind that anyway - it saves time and money for now.

Below are a few of my current favorites.

Talking about MSN Games - Free Download Games

You will never be what you were meant to be if you aren't having fun.

OK - this is my first blog and I have no idea what I'm doing, but I thought I would give it a go. How many people would find this interesting? I have no idea, but I just have to tell someone (other than my friends who work here and know already! ;-) that casual games are one of the best ways I've found to relief stress at work. Seriously. It's not diruptive, I can play for 15 minutes and when I'm done - bam - I can concentrate again!

It's called: Magic Match. It's considered a 'casual' game, meaning that you don't have to commit to it (like a relationshp??). You can play for 10+ minutes and quit and then come back. It's easy to start playing and just as easy to get sucked in. And the best part (for me) no one has to die! ;-) No guns, no violence and still plenty of adrenilin rushing in because you have to beat the clock...

So - Magic Match, you have to download it to your computer, but it shouldn't take but a few seconds, and then you just open the game and start playing (really!). It's a 'match' games, but with a story attached. You're in this land called Arcane and you have a guide Imp (you'll see) called Giggles. He's kind of annoying, but you can turn the sound off... some people think he's cute (to each their own!), but he's there to encourage I guess, while you play. He does giggle... at least that's the noise it's supposed to be. You'll have to check it out and decide for yourself.

In anycase, I don't know what it is about the game, but I've been able to get almost to the end, just not past one of the last levels (anyone have any tips/tricks out there!?). Even though I may get frustrated with the people I work with or the situations I have to deal with, I get to the land of Arcane and suddenly I'm a 'Wizard'. Goofy truth? I feel like I can accomplish more.

So - I'm just a regular working girl, but quiet honestly I think these casual games are on to something. Sure is a lot less expensive than a massage, quicker than a 3 mile jog (and not as bad for your back!) and gets my synapses firing again.

I don't think that's magic - that's just some good old fun.
